This scent, formerly known as Sweet Oakmoss, is returning to join our permanent lineup after its very popular debut as a limited edition fragrance. The deep, musky scent of oakmoss, cedar, and tobacco leaf is beautifully offset by sweet honey, warm amber, and a touch of tonka bean. The more we’ve burned this candle, the more we’ve picked up on the tobacco notes. To highlight that, we’ve renamed the scent Papa’s Pipe. Undeniably fall, this surprising fragrance is packed with essential oils including lemon peel, coriander, patchouli, geranium, and eucalyptus.
CAN I USE THIS MODERN FORESTRY CREATION AS A “LOTION CANDLE”?
Yes, you can! Because this Modern Forestry creation is made with 100% soy wax and lotion safe oils infused with essential oils, you can use the candle and the wax melts as natural and soothing lotion. As your candle creates a burn pool, you can dip your fingers into the melted soy. Soy wax never gets hot enough to burn skin - unlike paraffin wax. In our home, we use our candles as lotion, hair conditioner for split ends (just a little), and beard balm.
